Who is Michael Bobadilla?
Michael Bobadilla is a talented, seasoned real estate agent specializing in Residential and investment properties in Los Angeles California. He began his real estate career in Miami, Florida as a commercial agent for CB Richard Ellis. He joined an elite team under the direction of sales super star Troy Giamarco and quickly began making a name for himself in the industry. He then transitioned to residential real estate where he worked with some of the most well known developers in the country such as the Related Group (Jorge Perez) and Fortune International (Walter Defortuna) Michael was part of a top sales team that was involved in the marketing and sales of all of the new construction projects in Miami’s Financial District “Brickell Avenue”. Mr. Bobadilla then moved to Southern California and became a licensed Realtor.

He spent a number of years studying the LA market and preparing himself to be effective. Michael feels that preparation is essential to being successful. Michael is an expert at listing and selling properties and also dedicates much of time working with qualified international buyers. Mr. Bobadilla was born in New York City. He moved to Buenos Aires Argentina at the age of 10, where he went to school until Jr. High. He is fluent in Spanish, which later made it possible for him to work with Latin American and European investors. In 1985 he moved with his parents and brother to Miami Florida. He was accepted to a prestigious school of the arts, where he sang Opera and studied music while receiving his degree in Liberal Arts. He now lives in Playa Del Rey, CA with his wife and enjoys sports, music and friends.
